Day 1
Arrive at BZE International Airport where your guide will be waiting for you at the passenger exit area with a sign with your name on it. Transfer by road to San Ignacio, in the Cayo District, with a stop at the Community Baboon Sanctuary, if your flight arrival-time permits.
5 Overnights - San Ignacio Resort Hotel where you can share your jungle experience poolside or relax in your air-conditioned room or at duPlooy's Jungle Lodge in the heart of the jungle, where the adventure continues.
Day2
Guided Horseback Ride or if you prefer, hike or bike through fields and forest to a picnic spot along the Macal River, then canoe or tube slowly downstream to your pick-up point. There are plenty of spots along the way to enjoy a Refreshing Swim.
Note: Our horses are easy-going and suitable for riders of all abilities and ages.
Day 3
Black Hole Drop (Rappelling)
Stretch your comfort zone as you rappel 300 feet down into a jungle sink hole deep in the rainforest. This expedition starts off with a vigorous hike into the foothills of the Maya Mountains. A RUSH LIKE NO OTHER !!!

Day 5
Actun Tunichil Muknal (ATM Cave 2 Days)
Upon arrival at camp, settle in and have lunch before beginning your trek to the Hand Print Cave. At the cave site repeal down a cliff, approximately 150 feet. While lowering to the jungle floor, you will pass directly in front of a cave entrance where you will see ancient Mayan pottery that has been undisturbed for centuries.
Evening - Explore the ATM Cave. The exploration of the cave takes about 3 and one-half to 4 hours. and begins by wading into the cave until reaching a dry chamber. The chamber contains ancient human remains and Mayan artifacts. There also many interesting stalagmite and stalactite formations. After the cave exploration, return to camp where you can enjoy a camp fire and an evening of education and camaraderi.
Day 6
Day 2 begins with an early morning hike to several caves and an unexcavated Mayan site, where there is a carved monument to the Rain God Chak. Return to camp for lunch and prepare for your departure back to San Ignacio.
Day 7
Time to head home and share tales of your Ultimate Jungle Adventure with your friends. Transfer to BZE International Airport with a stop at the Belize Zoo when your flight schedule permits.

A Belize Departure Tax of US $39.25 per person is not included in our package prices. Most airlines now include this cost in their ticket price. At the present time, May, 2010, American Airlines does not include this tax. If not included, you will need to pay this Tax, in US$, directly to the airport authorities at Philip S.
