Important - This Packages begins from the time you leave the airport exit terminal to when you are ready to board again for your flight home or onward destination. And includes All costs for Transport, Accommodations, Tours/Fees & Equipment and ALL meals at your inland destinations, starting with dinner on your arrival day to breakfast on your departure day.
Breakfast is included in the Beach portion of this package. You will find many fine places to enjoy lunch & dinner on the Cayes and Placencia, with a variety of cuisines to suit your taste and budget.
A Belize Departure Tax of US $39.25 per person is not included in our package prices. Most airlines now include this cost in their ticket price. At the present time, May, 2010, American Airlines does not include this tax. If not included, you will need to pay this Tax, in US$, directly to the airport authorities at Philip S. Goldson International Airport, on the date of your departure.
Day 1
Arrive at BZE International Airport where your guide will be waiting for you at the passenger exit area with a sign with your name on it. Transfer by road to San Ignacio, in the Cayo District, with a stop at the Community Baboon Sanctuary, if your flight arrival-time permits.
Day 2
Begin your Cayo adventure with Horseback Riding through fields and forest to Flour Camp Cave. Explore the cave and picnic along side the Macal River before canoeing or tubing to your pick-up point. There are plenty of spots to enjoy a Refreshing Swim as you drift downstream.
Note: Our horses are easy-going and suitable for riders of all abilities and ages.
Day 3
An early morning departure takes you to Tikal in Guatemala, the most famous Mayan site in Central America. Tikal is located in the lowlands of the Petén region in Guatemala and 1.5 hours by road from Belize's western border. Tikal is the only place in the world which has been declared both a Natural & Cultural Heritage site for humanity.
Overnight - at the Jungle

Day 4
On the return from Tikal, optional stops include Yaxhá and Xunantunich Archeological sites. (B/L/D)

Your choice of any full-day or 2 half-day tours.

(Breakfast) - Transfer to the Marine terminal and water-taxi to Caye Caulker or Ambergris Caye for 3 nights or to Placencia by road via the Hummingbird Highway, the most scenic road in Belize, with a stopover at the Inland Blue Hole for a refreshing swim.

Days 7 & 8
Relax and enjoy the Caribbean. Snorkeling, SCUBA diving, and other trip options can be arranged either before or after your arrival, at additional cost. Including: Whale Shark diving during April to June, the Jaguar Reserve & Monkey River for visitors to Placencia and mainland excursions to Lamanai and Altun Ha archeological sites & the Baboon Sanctuary for those staying on Ambergris Caye & Caye Caulker.
Day 9
A short flight on a small twin engine plane will take you back to Belize International Airport for your trip home or onward destination.
